AnneMarie Blaire has over 14 years experience with several high profile consumer products and retail brands. She has worked on many strategic and creative projects across the corporation, including many client intimacy projects and e-commerce initiatives. Prior to Net Results, she was the Director of Internet Brand Development with Limited Brands, where she led the strategic, creative and brand integration process for Limited Brands $10 billion portfolio of brands. She led the development of specialty retail’s most financially successful website, VictoriasSecret.com where she was intimately involved with several brand-building innovations. AnneMarie oversaw the strategy, creative development and implementation of several Bath & Body Works initiatives including: ArtStuffClub.com, WhiteBarnCandleCo.com, and the Bath & Body Works Well-Being Summit. For 6 years previous to joining Limited Brands, AnneMarie was an Assistant Vice President with Huntington Bancshares.

Rand has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and strategic planning, including 3 years devoted to cross boarder M&A and business development in India and SE Asia. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Mergers and Acquisitions for SPI Technologies, Inc., Asia’s largest independent business process outsourcing (BPO) company. Rand is a service business entrepreneur and an expert in BPO and has structured and financed numerous acquisitions and joint ventures successfully placing private financings involving both debt and equity.
Prior to co-founding Net Results, he was a co-founder and Director of MedFirst Healthcare, Inc., a Goldman Sachs-backed healthcare services company. Mr. Fisher was also an investment and merchant banker with the Tribeca Group, a New York-based private investment firm; a Senior Vice President at Healthcare Capital Resources, an asset-based lender; and Vice President and Senior Analyst at Beekman Research, an equity research firm focusing on aviation. He began his career at New York Air. Mr. Fisher holds
his MBA from New York University, Graduate Management Certificates in
Healthcare from UC Irvine and Biotechnology Value Creation Strategies
from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a B.A. in Political Science from
Virginia Commonwealth University. |

Sharon has over 20 years of experience developing and implementing service management and service quality programs. Her areas of expertise include strategic alignment, organizational effectiveness, customer and employee satisfaction, performance improvement, measurement systems, TQM and process engineering, leadership coaching, and change management. Prior to co-founding Net Results, she has been consulting for clients such as BMW, Hilton, Cleveland Clinic, Time Insurance, AutoNation, and JD Powers. Previously, she was with the Walt Disney Company, where she managed Disney University and designed and implemented transformation strategies critical to the turnaround undertaken by Michael Eisner and Frank Wells. Ms. Harwood holds an MBA from Harvard Business
School, a Masters in Human Resources and Organizational Design from USF,
and two B.S. degrees and a secondary education teaching credential from UC
Davis. She lectures at prominent
universities. |

Ken has over 20 years’ experience in strategy consulting and as a senior-level executive within the consumer products and retail sectors. His core practice areas are: strategic and business planning, brand development and innovation, with additional functional expertise in merchandising, marketing, real estate strategy, store operations and consumer research. Ken also has demonstrated skills in managing cross-functional implementation teams and leading senior management through strategic change.
Prior to Net Results, Mr. Hewes held senior management positions at Limited Brands, first as Director of Business Planning, and then as Vice President of Brand Planning. Prior to Limited Brands, he participated in and led retail strategy and consulting engagements for Management Horizons/PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLC. Ken’s clients there included Ann Taylor, Disney Consumer Products, Blockbuster, Hartmarx, Makro SHV, Mother’s Work, NIKE, Pepsi, Phillips Media and Procter & Gamble.
Ken received his MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in Marketing and Business Policy, and his BA in Economics and Political Science from Yale College. |

Alexis has over 20 years of experience in business advisory and operational roles for a broad range of clients and industries. Her expertise is in developing and implementing strategic business solutions for senior executives. These include financial and operations performance improvement; organizational diagnostics; new business and product development; business planning; and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to co-founding Net Results, Alexis worked for Edison International in Strategic Planning & New Business Development. She was a Senior Manager in the Strategic Consulting Group of Price Waterhouse LLP. She has also held positions in corporate finance, manufacturing and operations with Mattel, Inc., The Pillsbury Company, and Eastman Kodak Company. Ms. Kuta has an MBA
from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from
Purdue University. |

Doug has over 15 years of business experience in both industry and management consulting. His focus has been in the retail, consumer products and entertainment industries. He has served in executive leadership positions in several large organizations such as The Walt Disney Co. and Limited Brands, and has extensive experience in strategic and tactical business planning, merchandise management and control, supply chain management, customer relationship management, information technology systems design and implementation, and organizational restructuring and management. His management consulting experiences at PricewaterhouseCoopers have covered a broad range of business disciplines including strategic plan development, business process design, organizational structure design, information systems development and supply chain optimization
Mr. Zaper has BA
in English and History with minors in Business and Classics from The
Ohio State University where he graduated Cum Laude. |
